We are opening a new hotel in Morocco in 2026 and are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and help shape the guest experience from day one.
The Role:
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring smooth daily execution and an exceptional guest experience.
You will be the key person onsite — leading the team, coordinating operations, and maintaining high standards across hospitality, surf activities, and guest services.
This is a 360º operational role so if you enjoy building systems, leading people, and creating energy within a hotel — this role is for you.
Key Duties:
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure guests have the best time of their lives and memorable surfing holiday.
- Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, Supervise, motivate, and support camp staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Organize staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all camp activities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Food & Beverage Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Control F&B costs, stock levels and wastage.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and report financial performance.
- Manage camp budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Handle bookings, enquiries, and payments efficiently.
- Operations Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate the weekly schedule, including surf lessons, non-surf activities, and meal times.
- Supervise daily meal services, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Oversee camp maintenance and ensure facilities are well-kept throughout the season.
